TOUCH Rubber base, 13ml

RUBBER BASE is a transparent, elastic base used as a priming and/or main layer before coating. It serves as a base coat under gel polish. RUBBER BASE has a medium consistency, allowing it to level in one drop. It should be used as a main layer only for short or medium-length nails. For long nails, it is recommended only as a priming layer. Allowable leveling should not exceed 1 mm. It is not recommended to use in pedicures.
